Hello, I have a question regarding mineral oils. What are they good for? I have been having serious problems with constipations. A problem occurred after the first pregnancy, and I have to admit that I did not take any medications; I am simply not fan of drugs. So, I am turning to mineral oils.

Mineral oils could be used as laxatives, and that could solve your problems. Still, you have to be aware of next thing. Laxatives affect absorption of liposolubil vitamins (A and K), which are very important for the normal functioning of the organism. So, perhaps an advice from a professional might come in handy. Before acting on your own.
