| I am 44 years old and I have finally started leading a healthy life. That means, good diet, which includes all the food groups, no smoking and drinking and of course, exercises, at least three times a week. Still, I think I could add something more, something like body cleaning, so I would like to know what is more efficient for that – diuretics or water? |

| It is never too late to start living healthy, and you started just in time. And I would say that water cleaning is much better for our system than anything else. I mean, our bodies are made mostly of water so that would be the best purifier for us. Diuretics are commonly used of there is something wrong in organism, if everything is ok, water should do just fine for you. |
