| I have been trying to lose some weight for almost a year now, but it seems that those 10 extra kilos are really hard to get rid of. I have been thinking of adding exercise to the diet I am already using. Diet seemed ok, I did lose almost 10 kilos, but another 10 are simply not leaving. What is more important: exercise or healthy eating? Or maybe both are important, but I am too lazy for that. |

| Well, you asked a question and gave a correct answer. Exercises are very important, especially if you have a desk job; that kind of work simply begs for some sort of physical engagement. Not to mention the fact that too much sitting might cause some damage to your back (not that severe, though). I recommend that you start with exercising, but with type of workout that suits your weight. Do not exaggerate in the beginning; you will only get frustrated if you not do this gradually. Combining with diet, or lets say healthy meals, you will lose weight in no time. |
