For now I had some levels of my daily calories intake. Now I would like to do a cut. This is important to me, because I need to lose some weight. This is not my first time, but before it was not successful. That is why I need advice for this. If you have similar experience please write. What is normal fat/muscle loss for a cut?

The process you are attend to do is very complicated, beside your good will, you will be needed some expert advices. And the best thing for you is to get some of those advices. I did, and succeed. You will need some measurement to be done, determination of your body mass index, etc. After that you will get your own diet and training program.
