What is the best underarm protection from excessive perspiration?

Do you ever worry about having to wear a light colored shirt when you know that your sweat easily bleeds through it and can easily be seen a mile away Rolling Eyes ?!? Well I do. I currently use Mitchum, but that's not even enough to fight off the excessive perspiration I succomb to on a daily basis. Is there anything of such that exists and if so, I would appreciate the advice! Thanks!
