What is the cause of scleroderma lupus?

Hello! I have heard about disease called scleroderma lupus (because my best friend’s mother is suffering from this disease). The thing I could not find is what causes scleroderma lupus. I have asked my friend, too; but, she does not know. I hope someone here will know answer on my question… Thank you!

Hello! Usually cause of scleroderma lupus is unknown. I am saying “usually”, because there are some rare cases when cause of scleroderma lupus can be found. Sometimes because scleroderma lupus is caused because of exposure to certain toxins or as a complication of bone marrow transplants, but this is very rare cases.
