Hello, I would like some help related to my health status. I am 35 years old and suffered from intestinal problems from time to time (constipation mostly). But now I can add vomiting to the case and it looks like this might be the duodenal obstruction. What is the first symptom of that condition?

You have to know that you have most likely told yourself the right diagnose. Usually, the constant vomiting is the sign of duodenal obstruction and with that in mind I have to suggest you to go the doctor immediately and seek medical help. I mean, the situation might get seriously complicated and you should avoid that.
