Hello! I am not too much physically active. But, regarding the fact that my boyfriend is, I have decided to start with physical fitness. I know that nowadays physical fitness is one more trend and I just cannot figure out what the importance of physical fitness is. I hope you will explain me this.

Hello! You are wrong because of claim that physical fitness is just trend. Physical fitness is very important for health condition and well being. If you are exercising regularly (five days per week – each time 30 minutes), you will prevent many diseases (heart diseases, overweight, etc). I hope this answer clarified this to you.
