| Hello, folks. My sister is a maniac for vegetarian food and she wants me to follow her steps. I am not sure what that will mean. What is the right definition of vegetarian food? I would really like to know that. I would like to thank to all who reply to my post. |

| Hi, there. My cousin is also a vegetarian. I am not an expert, but I think that vegetarian food is any kind of meal you didn't have to kill in order to eat it. In that case, vegetarians don't eat meat, fish, chicken, etc. Some people eat eggs and dairy. Vegans don't eat that either. Basically, vegetarians claim that they eat healthy food. However, I am not totally sure. Perhaps, you should talk to an expert. Good luck! |
