I have had a brown discharge for about 1 1/2 weeks now it's like I,m "spotting" but it has a bad smell, I have very irregular periods, and have had a tubal ligation. I also noticed the other day I sneezed, and it was like something "popped" inside on my left pelvic area. Any suggestions?

One of my friends had this before....you may want to get a pelvic exam done. My friend actually forgot that she had a tampon in and had sex....she lost the tampon inside herself and experienced the same problems as you.
