Hi, I heard that many women suffer from menopausal symptoms but I have the biggest problems with hot flushes. I would like to know what is your worst menopausal symptom?

Hi, as you probably know menopause symptoms are very different and individual in different women. Some have certain symptoms of menopause that other never do. It is estimated that in the western world about 12% of woman don't have any symptoms and about 14% experience intense physical or emotional problems. Many women report psychological symptoms like anxieties, difficulty in concentrating, overreacting to minor upsets, quickly being irritated, forgetfulness and mood swings. In my opinion these reactions are the worst, since I am no longer as I used to be.
