Hi, what does it mean to be fertile? How is it determined? For how long should a couple try to conceive, before they can be declared as infertile?

Hi, I have been trying to get pregnant for two years before I had some success. Infertility can be in male or female. For men it is important to have high sperm count to enable good chances for fertilization of the egg. For women ovulation of mature egg that can be fertilized is the most important. The most common problem is missing ovulation, but it can be regulated. general good health will provide you with health concerning reproductive function as well. it is proven that men who were very overweight or underweight had lower sperm counts than normal.
