Hi! Please, I need some information about certain type of elderly dementia. My grandma is very old and has a big health problem. His doctor told to my parents that she probably has frontotemporal dementia. What kind of behavior can frontotemporal dementia cause? Somebody who knows, please, explain to me. Thanks!
Hello! My grandma has that kind of dementia and we have a lot of problems with her. She became very selfish and unfeeling. I can’t recognize her. The most common signs of frontotemporal dementia involve extreme changes in behavior and personality. These usually are lack of judgment and inhibition, euphoria, inappropriate actions and sometimes decline in personal hygiene.
