What measures should I take after heart failure?

I have heart failure but it’s not so serious. My doctor thinks that I can be cured. Of course, I can be sure about that but I’m hoping. I will do everything to get my heart function back. I’m wondering What measures should I take after heart failure? Anybody knows?

You can be cured! Just think positive! After heart failure you should be careful and really take care of yourself. Just keep on with low-fat diet, exercise regularly but not too much. Take regularly all supplements like selenium, CoQ10, amino acid etc. Often consult with your doctor if you noticed something strange. I really wish you luck!
