Hello! My friend has a child who is autistic. Since he is her only child this is very difficult for her. She is still learning how to deal with his disorder. Her doctor talked with her about possible treatment options. He recommends a combination of drugs and behavioral therapy. What medications shoul autistic children use?

Stimulants are helpful with hyperactivity and antipsychotic drugs control repetitive and aggressive behaviors.
