| Hello, folks. The winter is approaching and I would like to stay active no matter coldness. I would like to try outdoor exercise, but I am not sure which ones there are for me. What would you suggest for me? Thanks in advance for all your suggestions and replies, guys. Bye! |

| Hello. I totally agree with you. Winter doesn’t have to end our outdoor lives. I refuse to spend winter by TV or computer. I always found sledding as fun! If you can go to a mountain, then skiing is a must. Jogging and running in winter on the snow has its magic. Of course, you must have special, winter equipment. You can find it in a store. Have fun! |
