What problems could Dichloroacetate (DCA) cause in humans?

Hi, I have read many positive facts about dichloracetate which sound very promising for fight against cancer. However in the most of these articles it's been written that side affects are relatively rare and it not serious. I would like to know something more about these effects as I know that most of anticancer drugs cause severe side effects.

Hi, most of the conclusions which are made about side effects which may cause dichloracetate are based upon experiences when it was used for metabolis disorders. DCA causes some side effects which are really worth of taking it if we measure what would be the benefits from this therapy. Side effects which are noticed till now are numbness, pain and gait disturbance.
