I’ve got married recently and I need to know what rights does the baby's father have in relation to abortion? Can he stop me having abortion if he wants to?

No, he can't, the father has no rights in regards to abortion, even if you are married. He cannot legally force you to have an abortion if you do not want one.

That is correct..

This is your body and your choice.

Many women will seek out an abortion in secrecy because of their husbands disapproval with abortion. You can get an abortion, but it is always best to have a friend present to drive you and be supportive.

IF You have any questions or need anything at all, please let us know.
