Hi guys   I really would love a helpful opinion. Also, my apologies ahead of time for the graphic detail
My last period began as usual on the 15th of February. I was late this month ( about 10 days) and have taken a pregnancy test every other day... all negative. I've had pretty severe cramps the whole time, a few nights so bad I couldn't even sleep.
About two days ago I noticed two HUGE clots of pink/brown/greyish mucus looking stuff when I went to the bathroom. There was no blood at all, just a lot of the wierd clots.
Now today, I started what seems to be my period. I'm having heavy cramps, and just bleeding a regular amount.
I would love to know if there's a possibility I was pregnant and am now going through a misscarriage even though I had neg. tests? Is there still a chance I might be pregnant? Nothing would make me happier if I was.
Also, what in the world is that pink/grey clot I saw? I've searched online for awhile and haven't found any info.

| You wouldn't have been pregnant far enough to really see anything in the clots, at 7 weeks a baby is approximately the size of a grain of rice. Also, your tests may have been negative (If you had gotten pregnant) because of some abnormality in the pregnancy that wasn't allowing the HCG to double every 48-72 hours. 50% of pregnancies end before they are realized, so it could have been possible, or it could have just been you were stressed out or your hormone levels or other factors were temporarily out of control. |

Thanks for your reply I very much appreciate it.
I am still at a loss as to what is happening. The bleeding/period has now stopped, so it only lasted a day and a half.
Is my body going crazy?  I'm only 24, already and have been regular on my periods for years now.
Anyways, guess I'll just wait and see what happens. I Appreicate the response!! |
