What's so good about tantra yoga?

Hello, folks. I am planning to start yoga classes very soon. I was thinking of practicing tantra yoga. I would like to ask those more experienced ones what is so good about tantra yoga. I would really appreciate all your replies. They will mean a lot to me. Thanks in advance, folks.

Hi, there. Many folks who experience sexual problems go for Tantra Yoga. They look at Tantra Yoga Instructors as sex therapists. But they are not. Tantra Yoga methodology is very complex to be put in one post or to be learned from books. You must go to a teacher. Most people that practice Tantra follow the Dakshinachara path. They have constructive lives and are very tolerant. I am sure you will have more info from your teacher. Good luck!
