It's going on the second month I've been without a period following my miscarriage. The first two cycles following an early miscarriage were normal. I missed March's and now Aprils. I took three pregnancy tests once a week, all came out negative. I've been complaining to my doc during and after the miscarriage of a pain on my lower right side near the hip bone in the pelvic region. I miscarried with an cyst rupture. Is this normal? what could be causing this?
