What's wrong with me?

I haven't had a period since the first of this year. I have taken a home pregnancy test last week and it was negative. I didn't use morning urine though, because I figured that if I was, it would have shown up as positive by now. I have pre-menstrual cramps, but no period. I also have a thick white vaginal discharge with no odor. It could possibly be yeast. I always feel wet down there. What's wrong with me? I'm never late...
