I read a lot of about yoga and especially about tantra yoga. I heard many different stories about tantra yoga and now I don’t know what to think about it. So, tell me, please, What's your experience with tantra yoga? I would like to know more about it because I can not decide should I practice it or not. Thanks!

I’ve just started to practice tantra yoga. I can tell you that is something amazing. I really have enough words to say how great it is. Maybe you should know that tantra yoga is not concerned with sexuality, but with the creative force and transmuting this energy into higher channels.
