My girlfriend is pregnant. I tend to marry her. I love her so much. She is only 19 years old so I am little frightened about her. She is too young and I think that she is unaware of seriousness of the situation. So, I would like to know what she should avoid in pregnancy.

I am glad that you are taking such a good care about your girlfriend. The most important things that should be avoided are drugs, alcohol, smoking, some types of medications etc. Also you must protect her from any kind of heavy labor. Also riding in amusement parks, some sports like tennis, horseback riding, skiing and scuba diving are not good. Try to avoid saunas also.
