Hi, guys. My friend hurt his shoulder during volleyball practice. He reported it to the doctor and he is in gyps right now. I would like to know what therapy is good for shoulder injuries. I would appreciate all your help. I am worried about my friend a lot. Bye, guys and thanks.

Hello. Well, the reposition (manual or surgical) are the usual first steps in shoulder injury therapy. Your friend will be with immobilization for a month more or less. After that, he will be scheduled for a physical therapy. Usual steps are magnetic therapy, current treatment and exercises. Paraffin is very often used as well. You can try with exercising in a swimming pool. I hope your friend will feeel better after this. But he must be very careful in the future since shoulder that is once hurt, is more easy for hurting again. I hope this won't be his case. Bye!
