Can you tell me what triggers acne in women? I am 30 years old and I am suffering from acne. Last time I had acne was 7 years ago and then it started again 6 months ago. What could be the possible triggers?

Well, there are so Many things that can trigger acne in women. My problem is hormonal. I’ve been told that the menstrual cycle is one of the most common acne triggers. My Acne lesions form a few days before my cycle begins and goes away after the cycle is completed. Some medications can trigger, make –up, family history….
