I was on Ortho Tri-cyclen Lo but I kept forgetting to take it so I went off it. I really need to be on birth control but don't know what type I should ask the doctor about. The ring doesn't interest me and I've heard that the patch can be risky. If anyone knows what's good for people who are forgetful please tell me. Thanks.
