| I am in my period now and I know that I must use some vitamins and minerals as supplements. Also I know that with balanced meals and adequate food we can not take enough of those. That is why we need to take supplements, but which one? If you have any suggestions about the matter, please write, this is very important to me. |

| You are right about this I am doing the same thing. But I already did my checking! You need to take these vitamins: Folic acid, B-6, B-12, also vitamins A, E, C, D, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5 and Biotin. Also you need carotenoids, such are lycopene and beta-carotene. Minerals that you need are: zinc, calcium and chromium. It would be the best way to try to find all this in the same product. |
