What will the doctors be looking for with Electroencephalogram (EEG)?

Hi, I would like to ask you something about Electroencephalogram. My brother is 34 years old and he has been scheduled EEG for next week. He has complained about headache sin the last month but I never realized it was this serious. So, what will the doctors be looking for with EEG? What kind of problem?

Well, there are many conditions that could be the problem your brother suffers from and they range from life threatening to quite benign. This means that until the results are done, you will not be able to know or guess what is wrong with him. Perhaps, it is just what he said – persistent headaches!
