| My doctor told me that I must learn how to maintain my normal life during perimenopause. But he didn't mention that it would be that hard. I think that I can support all, but not the time when I am at work. My symptoms are the worst in that time. I have hot flashes, nervousness, nausea, my heart seems to be jumping and personally I do not what to do. When are your symptoms the worst? |

| You see, the same condition is different in different women. My worst symptoms are in night. I woke up, get sweaty, have hot flushes, have nightmares and cry a lot. My fortune is that my husband is full of understanding. Although he is working and gets up early in the morning, he is with me whole night, if necessary, to comfort me. Some of these problems, the worst one I solve with some medications, my doctor give me. |
