| Hi. I am a woman who is 23 years old and I am jogging from time to time. I get really exhausted and I have to slow down. I know this is a funny question, but what is the best way to run? When do I increase my tempo? I was thinking of loosing some weight too, and I won't go anywhere if I just walk, right? Anyway, thanks for any information you can provide me. |

| Well, the best way to run is by starting slowly, with running smaller distances, and not very fast, and then increasing your speed and distance. About your tempo. The important thing is to fallow it strictly. That is the best way to improve. You can put some music on, or you can even carry a metronome. Take your pick. And try to eat healthy, and not starve yourself to death. |
