My problem is about my weight and exercising. I started with my training program two months ago. This program with my original diet was not satisfied. Instead of getting weight in muscles I started to lose it. When is a time to start maintaining? What am I supposed to do with my diet and exercising?

I suppose that your calorie level is the same like it was before you have started with exercises. It is necessary for you to increase that level, so you want be losing weight any more. According to my knowledge best way to do this is to go up 100 calories per week. But if you notice that this does not help increase the level for hundred more calories per week.
