Hi, I have started to workout. I do it every day. However, I am new to all this and it seams that I can not keep up with the intensity of my workout program. I should also say that I developed my program. A friend told me that I should also make some days off. Can you tell me which?

Hi, first of all a workout program is not such a simple thing as it looks to be. It has to be made accordingly to the person that is using it. I do not know what your skills in this area are, but, nevertheless; you should talk to a professional trainer. You also failed to explain the program you are using. In all of them you must have a day off. Also, a program must be made so that you will train a certain muscle group for two days during a week. In my experience, the best day on which you should have a day off from training is Wednesday. But, as I said before, talking to a professional trainer will help clarify things for you.
