Hello, folks. I have a tendency to faint from time to time. My cardiologist did me an ECG and found a right bundle branch block. I got my medications, but he also mentioned some dietary changes, although he didn’t specify any details. I would like to hear your opinion about this. Thanks.

Hello, there. My mother was also diagnosed right bundle branch block. First, I would suggest you to stop smoking. This bad habit is dangerous for healthy people, let alone for people with cardiovascular diseases. You should take meals with low concentration of cholesterol and fat. You should keep your optimal weight. Exercise regularly! You can visit a nutritionist and he will prescribe you a proper diet. I hope everything will be all right. Bye!
