Hello, I need a help for my mother’s problem. She has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and already received some medications she has to use. Still, I am afraid for her and would like to ease her suffering as much as possible. I mean, she says that the pain is bearable, but the morning stiffness in the joints is the real problem. Which green tea supplements to choose?

Well, RA can be a tricky condition, it might have only slight symptoms and then again the pain and stiffness could really be very problematic. But the good thing is that there are many medications that should help her with that problem. As for green tea, there are many benefits from this herbal drink, it has proven that it helps with RA, high cholesterol, infections, cardio disease etc.
