Hello. I'm 37 years old female and just recently I have decided to change something in my life.
For as long as I can remember I have been overweight and I have never pay too much attention on it.
Now, like I said, it started to threat my health and I that made me thinking about cycling as possible way to loose weight.
Someone told me that in cycling everything counts, even the shape of handlebars! Can someone tell me something about this?

Hello. I'm 24 year old male and I'm already seven years active in cycling. I will tell you some thing about it. Cycling is definitely a good choice when you plan to loose some extra weight.
You see, you’ve probably misunderstood when someone tell you these things about handlebars. They really are important but when we talk about racing, not loosing weight!
They could be important maybe if you hade problems with your spine because those professional zipp handlebars wouldn’t be comfort for you. Go to some cycle shop and choose what ever fits best to you!
