Which natural diuretics can be used for PMS swelling?

I am 37 years old and my periods are regular, but I have strong PMS symptoms that last for ten days, I have pain in legs, swelling, stomach pain, nervousness, increased appetite. Since I don’t like using meds that much I would like to know which natural diuretics can be used for PMS swelling?

There are many herbal teas that are natural diuretics and prevent accumulation of fluids in the organism. You should be able to find many of them in the nearest drug store, but I would strongly recommend you to go to a doctor first, because he might have some more permanent solution for your problems.

Laughing I too suffer from stomach swelling and terrible PMT im told that lemon barley water helps water retention but havent tried it myself yet as i have ultra sensitive teeth and cant cope with acidy drinks. might be worth a try tho.
