Which vitamins may reduce pain in arthritis?

Please, can somebody give me information about vitamin supplements for arthritis? Few months ago we are realized that my mother has this disease. She is using medicaments and she is ok generally. But I think that she can do something more to feel better. Tell me which vitamins may reduce pain in arthritis?

I know that people who suffer from arthritis need to take care what they are eat. As I heard, vitamin E and vitamin D may reduce pain in arthritis. I remember that my grandma, who had arthritis, usually used aspirin or ibuprofen to reduce pain in her knee. Somebody told me that soymilk also may decrease pain.
