I am almost 15 years old, and i have had a small white bump, i thought nothing of it, then next day it started to hurt and grow, but today the whiteness went, then came back with sligh black bits inside the lump, i am confused and too embarrassed to contact a doctor or tell my parents, any solutions?

i am having the same problem can someone please respond to this before i have to get it removed or something serious i dont know if i should go to the doctor or not
