Months ago i noticed a small white bump just inside my anal cavity couple days ago i remembered it and checked if it was there then finding numbers of them deeper in the rectum they do not itch or hurt or cause any discomfort and i have not noticed any other symptoms or illness, are they normal? some kind of allergic reaction? Parasite? STD?
