I have experienced every once in awhile after sex when I'd go to the bathroom, everything would be enlarged in my vaginal area. It's embarrassing,it's like everything is pushed out of my vagina. Luckily I have always been able to hide it when it happened. It would be painless, but just very swollen. I understand how a female suppose to naturally swell, but this is to a point it's more than regular swelling. By the next morning it's gone. I try to catch it while it's like that to go to the doctor, but it's gone in a few hours. It can't be a bartholin cyst because the whole area will be enlarged. I've had a bartholin cyst removed years ago,but it was only on my right side. I have notice the more lubrication used it does not happen. Any one else experience this?

This is nothing that you should feel bad about or need to hide. It simply means that like a man's penis when it is erect, a lot of blood has flowed the area and you are incredibly aroused!! I love it when my vagina opens like a flower, and the happier and more fulfilled I am, the more swollen I am. Be proud!!

the reason why your vagina is swollen, sore or irritate right after sex is because of all the friction that occurs while having sex. Some times it even burns when you pee. * but if you did not just have intercourse and it burns durning urination you should see your doctor. you probably have a STD.* So to help ease the discomfort just puchase a water base lube and use it at your own desire.

wow... so i was pretty freaked out cause i have been a little swollen right after sex but got interrupted early on and now i'm like engorged. it's crazy, this has never happened to me before. It can't be from friction cause we didn't have time for all that so is it like a guy's erection? walking is pretty awkward feeling. i'm so glad this is semi-common...
