Why do my testicles contract and relax constantly after ejac

After I ejaculate my testicles always move around. They always look like they are scrunching up in some places and relaxing in some places and doing that all over until i don't feel that pleasant feeling anymore, and then they stop moving.

My nuts do the same thing. The move around alot before and after I ejaculate. But, I like to pull it out just before ejaculation and rub it on the vagina and then ejaculate very hard then afterward I suffer with nut pains.
