Why does fungal folliculitis occure?

I would like you to tell me something about fungal follicultitis. Why does it occur in the first place? It looks like that in school my kid goes every other student has it. Is that normal? He probably got it form one of hid friends and has to stay at home until this is over. So, can you give me some advice on this subject?

First of all, there is nothing t worry about. This means that your son will be just fine, yes he probably got from one of his friends but it will pass. Just don’t warm his room very much the warmth is helping the infection spread. And you have to be aware that it can affect the adults too, but let’s hope it won’t come to that - it usually affects people with low immune system.
