Why does my fingers do this?

The same thing has been happening to my fingers. First it just forms a small blister like thing if no fluid then starts to peel and it looks wrinkeld,almost has if you have been in water for hours. Then it begins to look red and starts to crack. This is the third year it has happenend but unlike some of you it starts in the summer. So i thought it may have been from chlorine or watermelon becasue that is the only thing different i do in the summer. But who knows. If you have any comments plz help becasue it hurt and it is ugly.
