Why is my skine sensitive to the touch?

Hi. I`m 18 yo F and have a skin problem. My skin is very sensitive, I barely touch it and it goes red. That reaction really worries me. I`m not under stress or something, I don’t smoke and I eat regularly. I wear only cotton and silk. Why is my skin sensitive to the touch?

Hi. I also have really sensitive skin, sometimes I have red patches on my hands and I think I`m allergic on something. Sensitive skin means that you have allergic or irritant reactions to some products, plants, or food. I also have a problem with flushing and I was prescribed with beta-blockers, and I was recommended with a laser treatment or something like that, it is called and intense pulse light.
