Wierd period, pregnant? Graphic details.

I had a miscarriage in December of 2007 and it went into January 2008. I had a suction procedure done after doing the pills twice, HORRIBLE by the way. Anyhow, I was put on Nora (breastfeeding ones,) pills and stopped taking them in July (condoms were used.) My periods returned to normal September 2008. I had a normal period...it usually comes 28 days apart, lasting 7 days. Well, it was suppost to come on October 22-23. On October 23rd, I had minor spotting on my sanitary napkin and cramping. I put on a big one for overnight, the next morning 24th...nothing. I put on a tampon for safety and went out to shop. There was some brown stuff on the tip of it. Well, after that, I put on another sanitary napkin, went about my business and after I went to change it...Nothing. Usually the 3rd-4th day (which would be the 26th,) I would have heavy flow, and would need thick napkins but I haven't needed to wear any. This is the 27th day and this morning I had some red spotting on the panty liner, I thought I would put on. Today, the cramping is worse, I have nausea, and headache, is this pregnancy, a screwed up cycle or what??? What do you think?

I just went to the clinic and had a urine test done...I am pregnant.
