Hi, I play tennis from time to time with my friends and last time I did that, I sustained an elbow injury. Doctor told me that it was nothing serious, and that nothing is broken. It is painful and I would like to know when will I have normal range of motion after this injury?

Elbow is very unstable joint and it has many ligaments that make elbow structure more solid. Elbow dislocation might happen inside the joint but it also might affect the surrounding tissue (including ligaments, tendons, even muscles). This means that it will not heal that fast, so I guess you will have to wait a bit more before playing tennis again.
