Recently I started to have serious problem with sleeping. I feel so bad because of that and I think that I need to do something as soon as I can. Maybe I should take some drug or maybe some herbal tea or herbal tincture. Tell me will lavender put me to sleep?

Lavender is very useful herb and it has very nice smell. So it’s used for massage and skin infections, eczema and acne. Also it’s well known as remedy for insomnia and restlessness. Aroma therapists frequently use lavender as a tonic for inhalation therapy to help with nervous disorders and exhaustion. You can use it as tea or oil. You would like it, I’m sure.
