Hi, I am in menopause for some time. Many of my friends telling me what to bye, what to drink etc. I have terrible hot flushes, night sweating, headaches I am too much nervous and not for social activities. All these advices are nice but I need a lot of money, if I follow them. If I spend big money, will spending big money help to resolve or at lest to relief my discomfort?

Hi there. I was in the same position when my older sister advised me which HRT to take, which vitamins and minerals, what kind of nutrition. It was too much money for me, she just looked me and said: That is the life! However, it is not. Focus on your major and most annoying symptom, try to relieve it and take some multivitamin product. Go on check ups at your doctor and it will pass soon.
