I am 52 years old and I do not need a doctor to tell me that I have almost all symptoms of menopause. I know that this all should be normal, but somehow I have this feeling that my symptoms are more severe then in other women. So much that they are bothering me in doing my job and house chores. When I add dry vagina, sweating, constant crying, urinary problems and who knows what else, I can only ask one thing. Will things ever be the same after this hormonal hell?

I have to admit that I know of several women who did not have any problems at all during their menopause. But, for some women it was really a hard period. Sometimes, regular visits to a gynecologist are necessary, even counseling. Just try anything that might help you survive this really rough period. A hormonal therapy is also a possible solution that must not be neglected. At least, consider it, ask your doctor about it.
